  • What are Frostbites?

    FrostBites are our freeze dried candy range. Freeze dried candy is candy that goes through a freezing process where all the moisture is removed. This process removes the moisture from the candy, leaving them light, airy, crumbly, and packed full of flavour!

  • Why is it so crumbly?

    Freeze dried candy is fragile and crumbly because the process of freeze drying removes almost all of the moisture from the candy. This causes the candy to become very dry and brittle, making it prone to shattering and crumbling when handled.

  • Can I eat the candy crumbs?

    We will do our best to package your candy, however, they will arrive with some candy crumbs. Don't let these crumbs go to waste! Use them on ice cream or yoghurt, mix them through pancake batter or cookie dough. They also make a great topping for cakes and cupcakes.
