We do our best to keep shipping prices down and do cover either the entire cost or a portion of the shipping to keep your shipping costs to a minimum.

If the incorrect shipping method is chosen at the checkout, we are required to either:
1. Send a payment link requesting payment ofthe correct shipping cost or differences in shipping costs. The order will be placed on hold and will only be processed and despatched once the correct shipping costs has been paid.
OR
2. Process a full refund of the order. You are welcome to place an order again and choose the correct shipping method.
I chose the wrong shipping option, will my order still be shipped out?

When will my order be despatched?
All orders are delivered by our partner courier company and are processed at 7pm every day and will be dispatched the following business day. Occasionally, this time frame may change depending on the volumes of orders that need to be processed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you cancel an order and we have already arranged your order to be shipped out, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Estimated delivery time for Standard Shipping: 2-3 Business Days
Estimated delivery time for Rural Shipping: 3-5 Business Days
Please allow extra time for your order to be shipped if you have placed an order during the weekend or a public holiday.
Please note that these delivery estimates may increase if there are any major delays with the courier service or during public holidays.
How do I become eligible for free shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $99, excluding shipping to Waiheke, Great Barrier, and Chatham Islands.
Do I get sent a tracking number?
Yes, a tracking number will be emailed once your order has been collected by the courier company.
Does my order get despatched during the weekend?
Orders are not shipped on public holidays or weekends. Please allow for additional days for delivery if you order on weekends or public holidays.
Do you despatch orders to PO boxes?
We are unable to send orders to PO Boxes.

Waiheke Island or Great Barrier Island: $18
Chatham Island: $35

Local Pick Up
Do you have a store front?
We do not currently have a store front and are an online store only. We have partnered with Union Bakery to only pick up options and they do not stock Snacking products in their store.
Do you offer pick-ups?
Yes, we have partnered with Union Bakery in Howick to offer pick ups on all orders 6 days a week.
Where can I pick up my order?

When is my order ready for pick up?
You will receive an email notification once your order is ready to be picked up.
Place your order by 3pm and your order will be available to pick up the following day, except for Sunday orders. If you make an order on Sunday, your order will be ready for collection on Tuesday.
Can I buy Snacking products at your pick up location?
At this stage, Union Bakery does not stock Snacking NZ products and you won't be able to purchase any items from the Snacking website at this location.
